Overview

A leading European construction equipment OEM embarked on a strategic ALM modernization initiative to strengthen ASPICE compliance and improve end-to-end lifecycle visibility. Operating PTC Windchill RV&S and Codebeamer in parallel had resulted fragmented data, duplicated effort and constrained traceability across engineering workflows.

To overcome this, HCLTech deployed its proprietary, automation-driven , to execute a fast, secure and traceability-preserving migration from Windchill RV&S to Codebeamer.

HCLTech became the cornerstone of the transformation, enabling rapid platform consolidation while ensuring data integrity, audit readiness and sustained engineering productivity throughout the migration journey.

The Challenge
