A leading European construction equipment OEM embarked on a strategic ALM modernization initiative to strengthen ASPICE compliance and improve end-to-end lifecycle visibility. Operating PTC Windchill RV&S and Codebeamer in parallel had resulted fragmented data, duplicated effort and constrained traceability across engineering workflows.
To overcome this, HCLTech deployed its proprietary, automation-driven ALM migration framework, to execute a fast, secure and traceability-preserving migration from Windchill RV&S to Codebeamer.

The Challenge
